SH32092 JB-2 Loon

The JB-2 Loon was an American copy of the German V-1 flying bomb, intended for use against Japan. However, the use of atomic weapons brought the war to an end before these missiles could be deployed in combat. Despite this, the JB-2 was accepted into service with the US Army, United States Army Air Forces, and the US Navy, remaining in use until the mid-1950s.

The kit offers a high level of detail and includes plastic sprues complemented by photo-etched parts and 3D-printed components. The decal sheet provides markings for four US JB-2 missiles: three finished in Olive Green and one in an overall white scheme.
